1. Promoter

  1. 1.1 The promoter is Max Biocare Pty Ltd trading as Garden of Wellness (ABN 95 107 235 692), Lvl 1, 667 Chapel Street, South Yarra, VIC 3141, Australia.

2. Promotion Overview

  1. 2.1 Promotion Name: Review & Reward
  2. 2.2 Promotion Type: Game of Chance (trade promotion).
  3. 2.3 Relevant State(s): All Australian States and Territories.
  4. 2.4 Promotion Period: From 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2026. Each monthly competition commences at 12:01am AET (AEST/AEDT) on the first day of the month and ends at 11:59pm AET (AEST/AEDT) on the final day of that month.
  5. 2.5 Time of Entry: Entry is deemed received when recorded in the Promoter’s systems, not the time of transmission by the entrant. Entries received after the relevant monthly period will not be accepted for that month’s draw.

3. Eligibility

  1. 3.1 Eligible Persons: Australian residents aged 18 years or over with a valid email address. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure they have ongoing access to the email account used to submit their entry.
  2. 3.2 Ineligible Persons: Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter who are directly involved in the management of the promotion (and their immediate families), and agencies or organisations associated with this promotion.
  3. 3.3 The Promoter may request proof of age, identity and residency at any time and may disqualify entries that do not comply.

4. How to Enter

  1. 4.1 During the Promotion Period, an eligible person must:
  2.       a) Submit the official Review & Rewards entry form accessible from the Promoter's Website or QR code provided; and
  3.       b ) Submit a written review or an eligible product on a participating platform (see clause 5); and
  4.       c) Provide a valid email address during the entry form submission process.
  5. 4.2 Reviews must not include personal details, pricing/payment methods, competitor references or external links.
  6. 4.3 Photo Bonus:
  7.      a) Add 1 photo → +1 bonus entry (total 2 entries for that review).
  8.      b) Add 2 photos → +2 bonus entries (total 3 entries for that review).
  9.      c) Additional photos (more than 2) do not count for more entries.
  10.      d) Where the chosen platform does not support photos, no bonus applies.
  11. 4.4 Entrants may submit multiple entries across the Promotion Period: one per unique published review per unique product, including bonus entries for photos.
  12. 4.5 Prohibited Methods: Automated, incentivised, or proxy submissions are invalid. Reviews submitted as part of a paid partnership, promotional collaboration or incentivised user-generated content are ineligible.
  13. 4.6 Once submitted, entries cannot be altered or withdrawn.
  14. 4.7 All entries are subject to verification. The Promoter may request additional proof, including screenshots or platform confirmation, to validate authenticity.

5. Participating Products and Platforms

  1. 5.1 Participating Products: Any product under the Max Biocare group available on gardenofwellnessshop.com.au, and Chemist Warehouse online. Products may have been purchased from any retailer.
  2. 5.2 Reviews must be submitted via the official review feature on each platform. Platform terms apply in addition to these Terms.

6. Content Standards, Rights and Licences

  1. 6.1 All entry content (including photos) must be original, accurate, lawful and not:
  2.         a) Be false, misleading, deceptive, obscene, defamatory, harassing, hateful or discriminatory;
  3.         b) Infringe any copyright, trade mark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
  4.         c) Include personal contact details, URLs, or any malware/viruses/scripts;
  5.         d) Depict third parties (including children) or any offensive/illegal content; or
  6.         e) Breach any law or platform policies.
  7. 6.2 Photo requirements: Photos must depict the reviewed product only; avoid identifiable persons or private information. Non-compliant photos may result in disqualification.
  8. 6.3 Warranties: By submitting content, the entrant warrants that they are the sole author and owner of the content, that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant also consents to the Promoter using, adapting, or publishing the content and, to the extent permitted by law, voluntarily waives any moral rights in the content.
  9. 6.4 Licence: By submitting content, the entrant grants the Promoter a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, and transferable licence (including the right to sub-license) to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, communicate, and create derivative works from the content in any media for marketing, promotional, or related business purposes. Ownership of the original content remains with the entrant unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  10. 6.5 Moderation: The Promoter may moderate or remove content at its discretion. If removed prior to the draw, the related entry may be invalid.
  11. 6.6 Indemnity: The entrant indemnifies the Promoter for any claim relating to breach of third-party rights or breach of these warranties.

7. Draws

  1. 7.1 Monthly prize draws will occur on the 10th of each month (or next business day) for the previous month’s entries.
  2.         a) First draw: 10 December 2025 (covers November 2025 reviews).
  3.         b) Final draw: 10 November 2026 (covers October 2026 reviews).
  4. 7.2 The Promoter’s decisions are final. No correspondence will be entered into.

8. Prizes

  1. 8.1 Each month, one valid entry will win Four (4) × $50 AUD gardenofwellnessshop.com.au e-vouchers, totalling $200 AUD per winner. A total of twelve (12) prize packages will be awarded across the Promotion Period, with a total prize pool value of $2,400 AUD.
  2. 8.2 E-vouchers will be sent to the winner’s email within 7 business days of each draw.
  3. 8.3 E-vouchers are valid for 12 months and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
  4. 8.4 It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure correct and accessible contact information. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for mis-typed or inaccessible emails.
  5. 8.5 If a prize cannot be used, no alternative or compensation is available.

9. Winner Notification and Publication

  1. 9.1 Winners will be notified by email and provided the prize by the 15th of each month.
  2. 9.2 The winner’s initial, surname and State/Territory will be published on the Review & Reward Page:

10. Unclaimed Prizes

  1. 10.1 If a prize is undeliverable or unclaimed within 14 days of notification, the Promoter may conduct a redraw on the next business day.
  2. 10.2 Redraw winners will be notified by email and published as per clause 9.

11. Privacy

  1. 11.1 Personal information is collected to manage the promotion, verify eligibility, contact winners and deliver prizes.
  2. 11.2 Personal information may be disclosed to service providers for administration, publishing and prize fulfilment.
  3. 11.3 All personal information will be handled in accordance with the Garden of Wellness Privacy Policy. Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information per that policy.

12. General

  1. 12.1 The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify entries that breach these Terms and Conditions, involve tampering or interference, or are otherwise inappropriate.
  2. 12.2 The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, misdirected or corrupted entries, or for any technical issues, except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence or as required by law.
  3. 12.3 If the promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control (e.g., network failure, natural disaster, pandemic), it may be cancelled, suspended or modified subject to applicable regulatory requirements.
  4. 12.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
  5. 12.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
  6. 12.6 All entries are subject to platform moderation and are deemed received when recorded by the Promoter’s systems.

13. Trade Promotion Permits

  1. 13.1 This promotion is conducted in accordance with relevant State and Territory trade promotion laws. No permits are required, as the total prize pool is below the thresholds requiring permits in any jurisdiction.
