Refund policy

We care deeply about your satisfaction and wellness journey. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a fair and transparent return and refund process to ensure peace of mind.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. If so, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and any free gifts included.
  • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. This includes all courier/postage fees, insurance, and any additional costs related to safely returning the product to us.
  • Sale items and selected product categories are excluded from change-of-mind returns.

Due to the nature of these products, the following categories are non-returnable for change-of-mind reasons:

  • Health supplements
  • Consumable goods (baby formula and baby food products)

Refunds for eligible items:

  • Where an item qualifies for a refund, the item price will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs (for both the original order and the return) are non-refundable.

Return method:

Orders must be returned by mail only. The return delivery address will be provided once your return request is processed.

Items returned that do not comply with this policy will not be refunded.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will gladly resend the correct item or provide a 30-day return guarantee.

If you experience any issue, please notify us promptly at cs@gardenofwellnessshop.com.au, and our team will assist you with the next steps.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items should be kept in their original packaging, unused, and with all accessories included.

Refund & Exchange options:

  • Exchange: We will send you a replacement item at no extra cost. Once your return has been approved, the new item will be dispatched promptly – usually within 1 to 2 business days – and delivered using standard shipping.
  • Refund: Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider but typically take a few business days.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at cs@gardenofwellnessshop.com.au.
  2. Provide your details – include your order number, the reason for return, and your preferred refund option (refund, store credit, or exchange).
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with next steps.
  4. Once approved, we’ll arrange your return and refund according to your chosen option.
