Garden of Wellness Shop - Share & Surprise
1. Organiser and Promotional Period
The Review & Receive a Gift Program (“Program”) is organised by Garden of Wellness Shop through gardenofwellnessshop.com.au.
The Program runs from 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026, or until all available gifts have been claimed, whichever occurs first.
2. Eligibility
The Program is open to customers who have purchased and used an eligible product from one of the participating brands distributed by Garden of Wellness Shop.
Eligible products may have been purchased through Garden of Wellness Shop, Amazon, Chemist Warehouse, or another authorised online retailer.
To receive a reward, participants must meet the Program requirements, provide valid review verification, and provide a valid Australian delivery address.
Participation is subject to these Terms & Conditions and available promotional stock.
3. How to Participate
To participate, customers must submit an honest review on the Garden of Wellness Shop website of a product they have purchased and used, then complete the gift claim form as instructed.
Garden of Wellness Shop may request order details or other reasonable evidence to verify eligibility. No additional purchase or participation fee is required.
4. Honest and Transparent Reviews
Gifts are available on the same terms for positive, neutral, and negative reviews. Eligibility to receive a gift does not depend on the star rating given or whether the review contains favourable comments about the product. Customers are not required to amend or remove negative feedback to receive a gift.
Garden of Wellness Shop may reject or remove content that is fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, discloses personal information or is unrelated to the product. Moderation criteria will be applied consistently, regardless of whether a review is positive or negative.
5. Verification and Gifts
Eligible customers who complete the verification process will receive one gift in accordance with the Program arrangements, subject to gift availability at the time of participation.
Gifts cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to another person, or exchanged for another product at a participant’s request.
If a confirmed gift becomes unavailable, Garden of Wellness Shop will contact the participant to agree on a replacement of equal or greater value, in accordance with applicable law.
6. Delivery
Gifts will be delivered to a valid Australian address within approximately 4-6 business days after verification is completed.
Participants are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details and promptly notifying Garden of Wellness Shop of any changes. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location, carrier, and circumstances beyond Garden of Wellness Shop’s reasonable control.

Garden of Wellness Shop covers shipping costs to deliver the gift to the customer.
7. Personal Information and Privacy
Garden of Wellness Shop collects personal information necessary to administer the Program, including participants’ names, email addresses, delivery addresses, order details and review content.
This information is used to verify eligibility, administer the Program, prevent fraud, communicate with participants, and arrange gift delivery. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Garden of Wellness Shop Privacy Policy.
8. Marketing Communications and Other Programs
By actively selecting the marketing consent checkbox, participants consent to Garden of Wellness Shop using their name, email address, and relevant purchase information to send marketing emails, product updates, promotional offers, surveys, and invitations to participate in other Garden of Wellness Shop programs.
Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving a gift. Participants may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in marketing emails.
9. Permission to Use Reviews
By submitting a review, participants authorise Garden of Wellness Shop to display their review content, display name and any images submitted for public display on the relevant product pages.
Where participants separately consent to marketing use, Garden of Wellness Shop may also reuse this content in other marketing activities, including on its website, social media, email communications and advertisements, without additional payment.
Content may be shortened or reformatted, provided that its meaning is not misrepresented. Where a review is associated with a gift incentive, that connection will be appropriately disclosed.
Participants confirm that they have the necessary rights and permissions to submit the content and images and to authorise their use as described above.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Reviews reflect customers’ personal opinions and experiences and do not constitute a guarantee by Garden of Wellness Shop of product performance or results. Individual results may vary. Reviews do not replace product directions or professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, Garden of Wellness Shop is not liable for claims that are lost, delayed or cannot be processed because of incorrect information supplied by a participant, issues with a participant’s device or internet connection, or circumstances beyond Garden of Wellness Shop’s reasonable control. This limitation does not apply to the extent that any loss is caused by Garden of Wellness Shop’s own fault or arises from a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Garden of Wellness Shop does not guarantee that the website or Program will operate continuously, without interruption or without errors.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights, guarantees or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
11. Program Administration, Changes and Disruptions
Garden of Wellness Shop may reject a gift claim where there are reasonable grounds to believe that it involves false information, duplicate claims, fraud or a breach of the eligibility requirements.
If the Program is affected by a serious technical failure, unauthorised interference, a natural disaster or a requirement imposed by a competent authority, Garden of Wellness Shop may amend, suspend or end the Program to the extent reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Garden of Wellness Shop is not liable for loss arising solely from a disruption or necessary change caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any change must not arbitrarily remove a participant’s validly accrued entitlement to a gift, unless required by law.
