Each chewable soft capsule contains
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)* Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)* from Natural fish oil equiv. Omega-3 marine triglycerides*	260mg 60mg 1g 320mg

Free from added egg, dairy, lactose, shellfish, crustacean products, peanut, tree nuts, sesame seeds, yeast, gluten and artificial colourings.

Directions for Use

Children (6+ months) and Adults (including pregnant & breastfeeding women): 1 capsule daily
Or as directed by a healthcare professional

How to administer

For young children who cannot chew (< 5 years): puncture the capsule with a toothpick or fork then squeeze the content onto food, a teaspoon, or directly into mouth
For older children who can chew (> 5 years) and adults, chew capsule whole
