Adults (including pregnant & breastfeeding women): 1 tablet 3 times daily, with meals, or as directed by a healthcare professional
Children (2+ years): ½ to 2 tablets daily
Children (1–2 years): ¼ tablet daily, crushed into powder form, or mixed with food
